Budwig Protocol

The Budwig Protocol is a natural health regimen developed in the 1950s by German biochemist Dr. Johanna Budwig.
The core of the protocol is eating a mixture of Cottage cheese (or quark) and Flaxseed oil and ground flaxseed powder.
Cottage cheese (or quark) contains sulfur-rich amino acids like methionine and cysteine.
Flaxseed oil is rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) — a type of omega-3 fatty acid.
When blended together (emulsified), Dr. Budwig believed that the sulfur proteins bind to the fatty acids, making them water-soluble and easier for cells to absorb.
She theorized that these healthy fats — now in a form the body could better utilize — would help restore the electrical charge of cell membranes, improving cell respiration and oxygenation, and thereby inhibiting cancer cell growth.
Dr. Budwig believed cancer cells thrive in low-oxygen environments, and that her mixture helped reverse that.

The recipe:
6 tbsp cottage cheese
3 tbsp flaxseed oil
Flaxseeds

Grind Flaxseeds in a coffee grinder
Using a hand blender, blend the cottage cheese and  flaxseed oil until it becomes whip cream consistency
Add the ground flaxseed to the finished blended mix
You can add fruits like strawberries and berries to enhance the taste
Consume immediately

We have come across testimonials on the internet of people using this recipe protocol to beat cancer.
Although we said we don’t want to share testimonials, here’s one where this person tweaked the recipe a bit.
