Essiac Tea

The story of Essiac tea begins with the Ojibwa (or Ojibwe) people of Canada. They reportedly used a blend of herbs as a traditional remedy for various illnesses, including cancer. While exact recipes varied, the core idea was a herbal formula used for detoxification and healing.
In the 1920s, a Canadian nurse named Rene Caisse (pronounced “reen case”) became central to the tea’s modern legacy.
Caisse learned about the Ojibwa herbal formula from a patient who claimed it had cured her breast cancer years earlier. The woman gave Caisse the recipe.
Essiac is Caisse spelled backward. She used the name for the tea when she began treating people.
Over the next several decades, Caisse treated thousands of patients (mostly at no charge) with Essiac tea, often in secret and later from a clinic in Bracebridge, Ontario. She claimed it helped people with cancer and other serious conditions.
The original blend typically includes four herbs:
Burdock root
Sheep sorrel
Slippery elm bark
Turkey Rhubarb

Some modern formulations add herbs like red clover, kelp, or watercress.
Red Clover contains genisten anticancer compound that prevents new blood vessels from forming with in a tumor.

Sheep sorrel and Rhubarb are high in oxalates so don’t consume other foods high in oxalates like spinach and black tea.
Stinging Nettle reduces oxalates.

Case study of a pancreatic cancer patient who took Essiac Tea and a supplement called Protandim to beat this cancer:
There are many testimonials on facebook that we can share for the other treatments but you guys can find them on your own in those groups easily. The published case studies are the ones we’d like to share.
The Protandim supplement ingredients are Milk thistle, Bacopa extract, Ashwagandha root, Green tea, Turmeric extract
We believe it was prominently the Essiac tea that made this patient in the case study beat his cancer.
Here’s our reasoning.
Sheep Sorrel and Rhubarb contain a compound called Emodin and this compound inhibits CD155/PVR on pancreatic cancer cells.
Most pancreatic cancer cells express a protein called CD155 or PVR and the immune T cells express a protein called TIGIT.
When the immune system T cells come to kill pancreatic cancer cells, the CD155 on the cancer cell latches onto the T cell’s protein called TIGIT and makes the T cells not kill the cancer cells.
Other cancers predominantly express PD-L1 and this latches on to the immune T cell’s protein called PD-1 to make the immune T cell not kill the cancer.
There are only PD-1/PD-L1 and CTLA-4 inhibitor immunotherapy drugs out there.
Immunotherapy drugs like Keytruda inhibit this interaction.
But pancreatic cancer does not have PD-1 to PD-L1 interaction but rather they have CD155 to TIGIT interaction.
There are clinical study drugs out there that target this in pancreatic cancer.
But it’s already here available with this Emodin compound.
It’s pancreatic cancer’s immunotherapy compound found in Essiac Tea.
This is incredible. Essiac Tea is pancreatic cancer’s immunotherapy drug.
The Emodin compound targets and inhibits CD155 which will then will result in the immune T cells killing the pancreatic cancer cells.
Here’s a very simple animated video on how PD1/PDL1 works for you to understand how CD155 works
As we stated the Emodin compound is found in Sheep Sorrel and Turkey Rhubarb.
Emodin is more in the roots of Sheep Sorrel and more in the roots of Turkey Rhubarb so make sure your Essiac Tea has Sheep Sorrel root and Turkey Rhubarb root.
Emodin is also found in Japanese Knotweed which is where Resveratrol comes from. So two birds with one stone by taking a Resveratrol brand that is sourced from Japanese Knotweed like this one here on Amazon
Burdock (botanical name: Arctium Lappa) contains a compound called Arctigenin which starves pancreatic cancer cells.
Arctigenin also prevents Liver metastasis
Arctigenin is mostly found in the seeds of Burdock while the other parts such as flower, leaves, stem and roots had the lowest levels. So although Essiac Tea works, we can exponentiate it more by getting Burdock seeds which contain more of the Arctigenin.
